Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange. Please contact us within [X days] of receiving your order so we can arrange this for you.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit if the item is returned to us at your expense.
